Download the Miscellaneous Services Form and submit along with:

  • Self attested copy of latest passport (first and last page);
  • Self attested copy of visa/work permit/residence permit;
  • Proof of Residential address in South Africa. This can be a copy of any one of the following:
    • South African Driving license.
    • Water or landline telephone bill displaying applicant’s address
    • House Lease Agreement
    • State Identification Card
  • Any other document as specified by the Consular Officer;
  • Details of  fee is available on the link as https://www.cgijoburg.gov.in/fees-for-passport-oci-misc-service.php. Payment can be made by credit card or through EFT. Details of the same are available on the link https://www.cgijoburg.gov.in/bank-details-and-timings.php

Note: Please carry originals of all the supporting documents to be presented to the Consular Officer (photocopies of which are to be attached with the application)
