How to Apply: To get a PCC, an Indian national resident of South Africa has to fill an online application at following link: https://portal5.passportindia.gov.in take a print and submit it at VFS Global along with relevant documents. The Applicants residing in Gauteng, North West, Limpopo and Mpumalanga provinces would have to select CGI, Johannesburg and submit their application at VFS Global in Johannesburg (address given below).
